The Owners’ Suite occupies the entire top floor of the main villa and contains a large wrap-around terrace with 180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean and Santiago Bay.  On the terrace you’ll find a pair of chaise lounges as well as a table and four chairs.  It’s the perfect place to start planning your day with a cup of coffee and an excellent spot to watch the whales play during the winter months.

The bedroom and terrace areas are covered in a traditional Mexican Palapa (palm) roof.  There are two queen pillow-top beds and an ensuite bath with bidet and huge shower with windows looking out to the Pacific.  There is a generous walk-in closet as well as his and her closets. 

This suite has a morning kitchen with a bar fridge, and sink. 

Behind a pair of Primavera doors, there is also a large home-office and a separate small art studio with built-in desks and sofa off the master bedroom suite.

On step down from the top level and above the garage, the main villa has a private, air-conditioned Gym/Spa space with Bowflex strength trainer, professional Precor treadmill and its own ensuite bath and shower.  You can watch satellite television while doing your morning workout.  A small terrace off the Gym/Spa has a Japanese soaking tub tiled in cobalt blue Italian glass tile.  A professional massage table is also located here.  The gym has a queen size wall bed with a premium quality pillow-top mattress.
