Villa Los Sueños del Mar is a blend of the best of modern conveniences with accents of traditional Mexico. 

You enter the main level of the villa through tropical Primavera wood Hacienda style doors and are greeted by a multi-story entry foyer with a winding staircase that is topped by a dome and cupola with six windows.  There is a large, 180-degree wrap around terrace with seating for 12.  The living room features a large gas Cantera fireplace, three sofas and a 42’ Panasonic plasma television and Onkyo home theater system built into custom Primavera cabinetry.  A 9’ electric Daylite movie screen is hidden in the woodwork and there is a projector and full surround sound system with Polk Audio speakers.  A small, intimate library is located off the living room and features a built in desk, bookshelves and a comfortable sofa and chairs.  It’s the perfect place to relax and read. 

The kitchen features dramatic black granite counter tops and custom Primavera cabinetry.  All the appliances a gourmet would expect are here including two Bosch dishwashers, two 6-burner Bosch stainless steel ranges, an LG stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator freezer with ice and water in the door, and a separate under-counter ice machine.  A professional gas grill is built into the granite counter area outside on the dining terrace.

There is an attached two-car garage with electrically operated door and another generous bodega (storage room) with a second refrigerator for beverages as well as a chest freezer.  Below the garage, just past the laundry and the service bathroom, there is additional storage space in another large bodega.

At several locations in the home and inside each guest house there is wiring in place for satellite television, telephone, interphone to all areas of the villas, high-speed DSL computer Internet connection, DVD/VCR and CD players.  Sleeping areas feature modern, split-system air conditioning and ceiling fans.  The villas are decorated with unique and beautiful Mexican art works and crafts.
